Teaching targetsThe student will have the ability to apply knowledge and understanding of the human resource management principles in the current health care organizations, in the management of clinical care process and business management projects. The overall objective is to create the ability to manage team-based situations effectively.
PrerequisitesBasic knowledge of process management and project management.
Didattics MethodsInteractive lectures. Presentations in MS-Powerpoint format.
Other informationsSome exercises will be done in the context of direct teaching.
Grading rulesThe exam will be a written test in closed multiple choice questions on topics of the lectures.
Full argumentsDefinition and characteristics of the team (common objectives, optimal size, network ability, identity, structure). Analysis and construction of the team, the characteristics keys (level of autonomy, communication strategies, mapping of responsibilities, teams and roles). The decision-making process in the team. The team leader. The consensus in the team and the techniques to improve it. Conflict management (leadership, roles and responsibilities).
