Upon completion of the course, students will possess the basic knowledge required for providing midwifery care within a nursing context.

Students must possess knowledge of anatomy and endocrinology.

Students with disabilities, learning disabilities or special education needs, once they have contacted the University Staff, can refer to the tutor in charge of the course to define the examination modalities, concerning academic aspects.

The exam will consist of a written test featuring multiple-choice questions. The final grade for the course will be awarded on a scale of thirty. Distinction (*cum laude*) may be awarded, upon the unanimous decision of the Examination Board, to students who achieve a final score of 30/30. Therefore, to obtain a score of 30/30 with distinction, students must demonstrate excellent knowledge of all topics covered during the course.
