To provide the student with the basic notions for the correct application and handling of materials for restorative dentistry and endodontics.
Prerequisites
Fundamentals of chemistry, physics and histology of the hard tissues of the tooth and of the dental pulp

Dental amalgams, etching, adhesives, composites, sealants.
Materials for reaming, cleaning and sealing of root canal.
Materials pulpotomy, apecification, pulp regeneration, endodontic surgery.
Expected Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course the student must be able to recognize the materials for restorative dentistry and endodontics. She/he must acquire general knowledge regarding their clinical application.
