KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION
The course aims to provide the student with two main ranges of knowledge. The first renge encompasses the basic characteristics of the jurisdiction. In fact, in the name of the course 'justice' is meant as the applicative paradigm of jurisdiction: thus, the student must know the essential characteristics of jurisdiction, which fall within the fundamental human rights. In fact, all the most important international bills of rights establish principles that every internal legal system must respect, in regulating the jurisdiction. Consequently, many national constitutions, such as the Italian one, also take up these principles, which then become specific rules of judicial proceedings. Depending on the type of jurisdiction - civil, criminal, administrative - the common principles can become more and more specific and the course will guide the student in gaining this knowledge. The second range of knowledge concerns the main digital applications that can be applied judicial proceedings, with a focus on the specific characteristics of coding used in the field. This knowledge will lead the student to an understanding of the issues relating to the compatibility between possible computational models and the indispensable characteristics of the jurisdiction.

ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION
Achieving the previous educational goal will allow the student to try their hand at solving the problems highlighted by the application of the aforementioned knowledge. The student must be able to combine technical and legal knowledge to: a) identify risks and problems of existing software; b) design software that achieve the essential objective of being useful, that is to say, functional in a computational way and respectful of procedural principles and rules.

CRITICAL APPROACH
The previous training aims imply a high degree of critical judgment by the student, who must be able to balance the two abovementioned profiles (computational / legal) , without a prevalence of one component of the judgment over the other.

COMMUNICATION SKILS
It can be said that the first and main skill that the student will have to acquire is in communication: the course, in fact, will provide the tools for creating of a common glossary for both the computational and the legal sphere, which represents the first step towards a useful and effective application of artificial intelligence for and not to the detriment of jurisdiction

LEARNING SKILLS
The course will push students to develop high learning skills. The jurisdictional profile, in fact, is the context in which rights and duties established by substantive law take shape in the negative dimension: the exercise of jurisdiction arises from the violation of a duty or the denial of a right or legitimate interest, requiring, precisely, a judicial assessment. To achieve the goal of mastering this aspect, the student will have to develop a strong learning ability.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Based on the knowledge described above (KNOWLEDGE), the student will be able to apply the skills that will be tested in the exam (SKILLS AND SKILLS). First, the student will be able to identify the defects of software developed in the absence of the features allowing full compliance with the principles and rules that govern the exercise of jurisdiction. The student will be able to establish the necessary features of an adequate software - under computational and legal standards - and interact with the developers for its realization
