Learning Outcomes
Acquisition of practical skills in English, with the aim to understand and interact at the B2 level.
Prerequisites
B1 level in English.
Teaching Methods
Practical classes and activities; individual tasks.
Assessment Methods
The exam will be computer-based and consist of 3 large parts: listening, reading and use of English (grammar and vocabulary) exercises, all based on the contents of the book.
Detailed Syllabus
Practical classes and activities are based on the contents/skills of the handbook, and on the materials used during the year and uploaded to DIR.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to read and understand texts of general content, in everyday interaction. They will also be able to use the main structures and expressions of contemporary English, both written reception/production, and spoken reception/production. ENGLISH LANGUAGE end-of-course skills refer to a B2 level (CEFR).
