The Course will be structured for attendees in a dual mode:
a first part of in-depth study on the topics of servitude and democracy, artificial intelligence and ethics in administration;
a second part of “active” participation of the attending students.
In this regard, the active participation proposal is characterized by participation in the “Gianni Project” and immersive teaching.

The proposal is characterized by the peculiarity of identifying a concrete case, deepening it in legal terms, bringing out its problematic and positive aspects. Such in-depth study may be turned into a Gianni story and/or constitute research that can be published in a journal.
The course will make use of visual teaching materials (films, documentaries, short films including in VR 360°) and make it possible for participants who wish to do so to create (or prepare) video products.

To place attending University Students before a complex test, consisting of explaining a legal institution starting from a concrete case and analyzing it critically. The reconstruction of the legal foundations of the chosen case law will then form the basis for writing a new Gianni story and/or publishing a short original work, including in video mode.

The teaching proposal is distinguished by the peculiarity of identifying a concrete event experienced in everyday life related to the seminar themes in order to deepen and explain it. The same event will then be used for the elaboration of short writing in the form of a multidisciplinary story or in-depth critical analysis. The 'immersive' teaching methodology adopted in the analysis of the story and case through the use of videos will allow for individual experience, along with indicating theoretical content emerging from the case.

Attending Students will receive an evaluation both for oral exposition of the legal institution chosen and explained in the lecture and for the drafting of a written text

the topics covered are chosen so as to confront the student with the main novelties/changes in our legal system. The tool of immersive didactics will allow students to imagine and experience the concrete context created by proposing a solution.
PEr the philosophical part, Lon Fuller's famous case of the astute delator will be analyzed.

The ability to express oneself in correct legal terms and to reason about practical cases pertaining to Public Ethics.
Knowledge - Knowledge of the topics and development of independent critical ability in each of the indicated fields.
Skills - Development of critical skills related to public ethics.
Skills - Development of basic legal competence in the analysis of ethical problems concertenti the relationship between ethics and administrative and public law.

Upon completion of the course, students should be able to understand the relevance of ethical profiles in the application of legal norms.

At the end of the course, students will be enabled to master the tools of visual and narrative communication in the field of litigation and media

Students will be led to develop critical competence concerning public ethics and deontology.
