Learning Outcomes
The module aims to allow the learning of the scientific bases of rehabilitation treatment in developmental age, with particular attention to the most frequently involved musculoskeletal pathologies.
Rehabilitation programs aimed at treating these pathologies will be described.
Prerequisites
The student must be confident with basic concepts of anatomy, physiology, and myo-articular physiology.

Scientific basis of pediatric rehabilitation. Mechanical model of the human body during growing phases and rehabilitation principles
Rehabilitation of movement, posture, balance and walking disorders: ataxias from sensory, vestibular, cerebellar, mixed damage; Parkinson's disease; multiple sclerosis; myopathies
Expected Learning Outcomes
Identify the preventive and rehabilitative needs in people with muscoloskeletal pathologies in the different phases of life, through the evaluation of clinical data and individual characteristics.
