Description of the principal drugs of abuse and most diffused drugs to which a therapeutic drug monitoring is applied.
Liquid and gas-chromatographyc techniques.

Biological matrices, sample preparation tecniques, liquid-liquid extraction, solidphase extractio, calibration methods.
Basic knowledge of Art.186 and 187 of the traffic law.
Drugs of abuse, toxic substances.Examples of analysis protocols.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Knowledge of the chromatograpic principles, of instrumentation and of the principal toxic substances.
To be able to speculate an analitic method in consideration of the chemical properties of a susbtance.
