Course Contents
The integrated course of “Legal and Motor Sciences” is divided into the two teachings of “Motor and Rehabilitation Activities” and “Institutions of Public Law.”

The first one is dedicated to the professional profile of the TNPEE: skills and areas of intervention.

The second one is dedicated to the main principles regarding the National Healthcare System and the Social Services in the Italian Legal system.

Learning Outcomes
The General Course aims, on the one hand, to enhance the understanding of the TNPEE figure and its main areas of intervention; on the other hand, the General Course is directed to analyze the main legal coordinates that characterize its professional activity within the Italian Legal System.

Assessment Methods
The test of the General Course consist in the sum between the final examination of “Motor and Rehabilitation Activities” course and the final examination of the “Institutions of Public Law" course.
