Course Contents
In today's organizations, the traditional objects of evaluation are becoming increasingly elusive. Jobs are less stable, performance is more difficult to observe, and potential is harder to predict than ever before.
This course introduces the three fundamental evaluation processes and examines how they have transformed over time:
• Job Evaluation
• Performance Evaluation
• Potential Assessment
Through theoretical frameworks, practical methodologies, and real-world applications, students will develop an understanding of how organizations assess jobs, performance, and potential, and how these processes are adapting to the challenges of the contemporary workplace.
