The enterprise in Ancient Roma.

Learning Outcomes
The course intended to provide students with the knowledge of the legal structures of the enterprises in Roman Law.
Prerequisites
Getting through of the examination of Institutions of Roman Law.

Oral examination about four matters.
Detailed Syllabus
After a periodization of the Roman Commercial Law: 1) business relations and trade exchange; 2) bank; 3) rendering of services; 4) boat service and Maritime Law; 5) collective enterprise; 6) competition; 7) the slave trade; 8) crimes against public economy.
Expected Learning Outcomes
The knowledge of the Roman Commercial Law, with an analysis of the legal, economic and organizing structures of the enterprises.
