The seminar aims to deepen the themes of organization, selection and
human resources management. In particular, they will be analyzed,
through experiments, testimonies and interventions by experts, the
organizational dynamics of complex business structures, le
human resources selection techniques (in evaluation processes
individual and group) with particular attention to conscious and
unconscious influencing the results of the selection tests, and finally the
different management techniques in relation to the development of motivations ed
to corporate wellness.

The materials used in the lesson and the material will be provided to the students
didactic program prepared by the teachers of the individual lessons

The practical and operational seminar aims to develop skills
of students in a dual perspective: as future HR managers
companies, intends to provide them with the first basic skills to deal with
a complete path from the selection to the insertion of new ones in the company
resources; as future resources subject to evaluation processes and
inclusion in the company, minimum training and the first experience for
an effective presentation in the world of work.

Given the close relationship of the theme of the seminar with Labor Law i
students must preferably have already taken the exam or be
attending the course in ay. current.

The seminar is divided into experiments, testimonies, interventions
professionals working in the HR sector with an approach
practical-operative.

Students wishing to participate are requested to register on the seminar DIR page: a maximum number of 30 participants will be admitted

Students must, at the end of the course, on the basis of the
acquired knowledge, pass a simulated selection process with the collaboration of students in Labour Psychology and/or write a final paper corresponding to
a document used in the human resources selection process.

The seminar will focus in particular on the topics of selection and organisation of human resources: active job search, scouting activities, preparing job descriptions, preparing CVs and cover letters, collecting and
analysis of CVs, individual and group interviews, the conscious and
unconscious signals of the candidate being interviewed, the placement of the candidate
selected

At the end of the course the student will have achieved a basic competence regarding the phases and the main tools for selecting and managing human resources both from the point of view of the "selector" and the "candidate". It will therefore be able to positively support a selection path as well as to structure it.
