Course Contents
The purpose of the course is the study of Criminal Procedure from notitia criminis to enforcement of the final judgment and the analysis the italian reform "Cartabia" d.lgs. n. 150/2022 and the d.l. n. 162/2022, conv. in l. n. 199/2022.
