ISTOLOGIA

The integrated course aims to provide students with theoretical knowledge of microscopic and macroscopic Human Anatomy with particular reference to the anatomical areas of greatest relevance for clinical practice and human pathology.
At the end of the course the student must know the morphological characteristics of the main normal tissues and organs.

The student must be in possession of the essential notions of Cell Biology, acquired during secondary studies and the course of biological sciences of the degree course.

Lectures and remote exercises through material available on the DIR platform.

The exam consists of a written test with multiple choice questions on topics as per program
The student must demonstrate that they have assimilated the basic notions presented by the course. Both modules must be passed in the same session in order to pass the integrated course exam.

By passing the morphological sciences exam, the student is expected to have acquired the basic notions of anatomy and histology in order to be able to take the characterizing courses of the years following the first.
