Course Contents
The course lasts 15 hours; the aium is to provide students with a complete overview of the management of a working relationship.
Reference Texts
The teacher will provide articles, slides, INPS and INAIL circulars, examples of LUL, law texts to deepen the specific topics of the course.
Learning Outcomes
1. Knowledge and understanding The teaching aims to provide the necessary knowledge to understand: what it means to establish an employment relationship and what are the rules that govern the different aspects, from the organizational to the disciplinary and salary aspects.
2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding The ability to apply the knowledge acquired for the drafting of employment contracts and the processing of payroll. Autonomy of judgment Critical capacity will be fundamental to assess the correct management of real cases, both in terms of contract management and from the point of view of remuneration.
3. Communication skills The teaching is also aimed at the acquisition of the technical language used in the professional field in question, in particular for all areas related to the employment relationship.
4. Learning skills Students will develop the ability to interpret an employment contract and to understand the nature of the different voices in the Single Book of Work.

Teaching Methods
During the course a balanced mix of teaching methodologies (face-to-face lectures, exercises, analysis and case discussions) will be used in order to develop the participants' problem solving skills.
