The company in the Constitution. Business and company. Notes on the business crisis. Society in general. Partnerships and joint-stock companies.

As an alternative to Campobasso’s book, students may use (excluding the same sections) the more comprehensive manual edited by G. Cottino, Diritto commerciale, Zanichelli, 2024.
For those who wish to delve deeper into corporate law, it is recommended, also as an alternative to the corresponding section in Campobasso's book, P. Piscitello - P. Chionni, Diritto delle società, Giappichelli, 2024.
In class, the various sections from which attending students are exempt will be indicated.

With reference to the issue of gender equality, Chapter VII, Section IV, of the volume L’Impresa nella Costituzione ('The Enhancement of Diversity in Corporate Governance: Gender Quotas') is dedicated to these issues.
