The course aims to provide a profound knowledge of the Italian penal system in some thematic areas of the special part of the penal code.
In the part carried out by the Visiting Professor, we will look at the comparison with some European penal systems, starting from the German one. the ECtHR system in criminal matters will then be addressed, ensuring that students can also acquire the ability to draft an act, an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, considered essential in the training of the contemporary criminal lawyer.
