Learning Outcomes
The course aims to provide the student with knowledge on the analysis of radiological images to extract data for both diagnostic and research purposes.

Knowledge: acquisition of basis of radiobiology; know the different radiomic features and their meaning; know the role of radiotherapy in oncology; know the role of images and workflow in radiotherapy; know the clinical applications of radiomics and radiogenomics and their methodological criticalities; enrichment of the appropriate scientific language in the radiomics field; ability to interpret radiological image analysis data in diagnostics and research.

Autonomy of judgment: ability to identify target lesions.

Communication skills: improvement of the disciplinary lexicon in the field of radiomics. Ability to report on the topics presented during the course with an appropriate scientific language.

Learning skills: acquisition of the ability to critically deepen and autonomously update the skills acquired by reading texts and scientific articles. Ability to use the didactic material for a critical and reasoned study.
Prerequisites
Students must have adequate preparation in the fields of anatomy, physics, physiology, molecular basis and human genetics.
