The course aims to illustrate the functioning of the company system, the logic of the construction of the budget and of the business plan for the evaluation of new strategic initiatives.

Lessons and case studies: the material will be made available by the teacher through the DIR platform.

Final written exam (1 hour) consisting of 5 open questions on the various topics of the course.
For sufficiency, the student is required to fully answer most of the questions.
Verification of learning is distinct for each module. The final grade will be determined by weighing the results obtained in the two modules
