Course Contents
The Course will be developed through two sections. The first will focus on the sources of law in the Italian legal system. The second part will focus on the National Healthcare System.

Furthermore, the Course will address the main gender issue related to the Italian Legal Context.
Expected Learning Outcomes
- General skills: Knowledge of the fundamentals of the general theory of the sources of law and interpretation; Knowledge of the system of sources of law of the Italian and international legal systems; Knowledge of the organization and functioning of the Italian National Healthcare System.

- Specific and trasversal skills: Knowledge and use of proper legal terminology; Ability to analyze legal sources, doctrinal and jurisprudential materials related to Public and Health law.
