Course Contents
Real estate finance basic concepts both on qualitative and quantitative side and introduction to buildings energy efficiency. The course main topics include alternative investments funds, real estate assets evaluation methods, real estate risk measurement, real estate investments, property and facility management, project management, financing, legal and fiscal issues, the business plan of real estate projects, buildings energy efficiency and market analysis and trends.

1. Acquisition of the basic concepts of real estate finance
2. Apply the theoretical concepts to real estate projects and assets evaluations
3. Activate a multidisciplinary analysis also using quantitative finance, mathematics, legal and fiscal know how
4. Acquire an indipendent capacity to solve real estate different problems
5. Acquire a technical language also with presentation of case studies during lessons
6. Be aware of main real estate source of information: web sites, reports, market prices data bases etc.
7. Acquisition of buildings energy efficiency basic concepts
