Learning Outcomes
The course aims to illustrate the functioning of the company system, the logic of the construction of the budget and of the business plan for the evaluation of new strategic initiatives.

Assessment Methods
Final module written exam (1 hour) consisting of 5 open questions on the various topics of the course.
For sufficiency, the student is required to fully answer most of the questions.
Verification of learning is distinct for each module. The final grade will be determined by weighing the results obtained in the two modules
Detailed Syllabus
-Company structure - Management processes -Budget analysis - Analysis of different business models (business model canvas) - Purpose of the business plan -Structure of the business plan - Economic and financial evaluation of the business plan through specific indicators. Gender mainstream: Approaches to grant equal benefits in actions and activities for eliminating gender inequalities.
Expected Learning Outcomes
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
-Analyze a budget
-Structure a business plan
-Select the most appropriate economic-financial analysis indicators for the specific type of company and business model.
