Learning Outcomes
Behavioural Economics aims at enlarging the explicatory power of economic theory by introducing a realistic psychological basis.
The course aims at providing an introduction to the approach and methods of behavioral economics, by analyzing its main contributions and applications, and its new lines of research.

Assessment Methods
Written exam, two parts: multiple choice questions + open questions

This course is one module of a broader examination entitled “Microeconomic Analysis.” The other module, entitled “Theory of Rational Choice,” is taught by Professor Robbiano. The examinations for the two modules will therefore be held at the same time, as part of a single written examination. The average of the grades obtained in the two modules will be recorded as the final grade for “Microeconomic Analysis.” Students must therefore also register for the “Microeconomic Analysis” examination.

Expected Learning Outcomes
