The course aims to illustrate the fundamental principles of the organization and functioning of local authorities, starting from the constitutional framework and with reference to the fundamental regulations contained in Legislative Decree No. 267/2000, with some references to the management of public utilities regulated by Legislative Decree No. 201/2022.
