The course aims to review some institutions of administrative law in a practical key, acquiring familiarity with provisions and appeals.

Have passed the administrative law exam.

lectures, consultation of databases, jurisprudence and doctrine. Debate, elaboration of a text.

For those attending, there is a verification test at the end of the seminar with discussion of an in-depth paper.
For non-attending students, the material on which to prepare will be available on the specific DiR page.

The seminar will focus on good administration by deepening the meaning of the expression in the light of the innovations introduced also in the light of the PNRR
