The course analyzes the special part of the Criminal Law, relating to three books of the Criminal Code.

Learning Outcomes
Expose the student to the discipline of so-called crimes in particular, in light of the notions acquired in the study of the so-called general part of Criminal Law. The constant topicality of certain issues, including their political and social implications, will be constantly addressed in class. The student will be able to deal independently with the exegesis of individual criminal cases.
