The educational objectives of the course are to achieve an in-depth
knowledge of the constitutional justice system envisaged by the Italian
Constitutional; the ability to critically analyze the jurisprudence of the
Constitutional Court, knowing how to identify the argumentative
techniques used by it; the ability to draw up a "judgment note"; the
ability to report on the case noted.

The course of Constitutional Justice requires basic knowledge of
Constitutional Law
or Institutions of public law.

A part of the course includes "frontal teaching" lessons, but always
soliciting and stimulating the dialogue and the critical analysis ability of
the students in the classroom.
Having provided the necessary cognitive tools, in the other part of the
course students become protagonists, putting the acquired skills to use.
Attendance is strongly recommended.

Students are invited to refer to the Dir page of the course for
supplementary materiale and support of the lessons.
The teacher is always available for any further information or clarification
during the lesson or reception hours or by e mail.

Learning is verified by means of a written exam; the mark obtained is
increased in the light of the drafting of a note and the oral report on it.

From the point of view of KNOWLEDGE, full knowledge of Italian
constitutional justice is expected; from the point of view of
COMPETENCES, the ability to critically analyze constitutional
jurisprudence, particularly in light of its argumentative techniques used
by the Constitutional Court; from the point of view of SKILLS, the ability to
express their knowledge through a written text; the ability to draw up a
"judgment note"; the ability to report in public on a case of constitutional
justice.
