Course Contents
The course introduces knowledge of the role and functions that territorial public bodies, with particular reference to Regional Administrations, have assumed within the framework of European regional and cohesion policies and the management of European Structural and Investment funds

Teaching Methods
The course is organized in frontal lessons divided into 10 days of 3 hours in which the topics will be addressed from a theoretical point of view and through the description of case studies. Attendance is strongly recommended

Expected Learning Outcomes
Understand the role, functions and organizational models of Public Administration at local level (Regional and local Administration in particular)
Deepen knowledge of European institutions and the relationships between European institutions, national and local administrations with a view to multilevel governance
Knowledge of the history and objectives of the European Cohesion Policy and of the multi-level organization linked to its operational management.
