2. Communication and relationship: principles of communication: user - receiver; verbal and non-verbal communication; communication as the foundation of the relationship: good communication for a good relationship
3. The helping relationship: communication and relationship with patient and family, management of communication and relationship with patient and family in bad news, management of difficult patient and family
4. Teamwork: what is a working group, the constructive and destructive dynamics in the working group
5 Occupational pathologies in the helping relationship: origin of the work-related stress of compassion fatigue and burn-out, and intervention strategies

The student will have to be able to know:

3. how to handle the patient and family who have received the communication of bad news
