Among the topics of interest, one or more of the following may be analysed as necessary:
- analysis and interpretation of data on the use of cardiovascular drugs and their clinical monitoring in Italy
- description of changes in the use of these drugs
- correlation of public health problems with the use of such medicines
- comparison of the consumption of these drugs in Italy with that in other countries
- contribution to initiatives to promote better use of these medicines
- clarification of the benefit-risk profile of these drugs by linking information on adverse reactions with information on drug use levels in the population.

The student must be in possession of the necessary knowledge of General Pharmacology and (basic) Cardiology
