The objective is to provide the student with the basic knowledge for the study of the most frequent non-dontogenic diseases of the stomatognathic apparatus. Particular emphasis will be given to learning the methodologies of early interception and prevention, primary and secondary, of these diseases. The module also aims to correlate these diseases with other branches of medicine by providing the pathophysiological basis of the main diagnostic procedures used in medical practice and then a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to the patient.
