The exam consists of a written test with multiple choice questions to the main topics of the course

1. Psychology as a science: tools and methods in psychology;
2. The main psychological functions and the psychic disorders connected to them;
3. The biopsychosocial model, the concept of compliance, therapeutic education.
4. Therapeutic communication:

6. Psychological notions of interest for health professions:
-Types of patients (chronic, with poor prognosis, the elderly)

7. Notes on the management of conflict situations in healthcare

The student must demonstrate that he has assimilated the basic notions and skills of General Psychology and that he knows how to decline them in his own professional practice
