Assessment Methods
Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry: written exam with three open questions on topics discussed during the course.
Oral Physiotherapy: written exam with multiple-choice questions.
The final grade is obtained following a comparison between Teachers.

Expected Learning Outcomes
- To recognize the main malocclusions and to have general knowledge on techniques and both removable and fixed orthodontic appliances
- To know the problems associated with oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment and the main hygiene techniques in these anatomical features
- To be able to motivate the patient to oral hygiene and to teach the proper techniques
- To suggest adequate eating habits
- To understand the basic elements of oral physiotherapy with particular attention to the rehabilitation implications
