Course Contents
The course describes different technologies and systems analysing, at a single cell level, cellular complexity to understand the molecular architecture and functionality of the cell system.

Learning Outcomes
Students will gain insights in flow cytometry, cell sorting, single cell analysis, imaging mass cytometry and omic applications to these technologies.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of immunology and biochemistry are required
Teaching Methods
Frontal lessons with slides and active learning and when possible use of instrumentation

Assessment Methods
The exam consists of 3 statements (true or false) + the explanation. Each statements accounts for a maximum of 11 points, so that the student can reach 33 corresponding to 30 cum laude.
