Learning Outcomes
The course is intended to provide students with the knowledge of roman constitutional history, of sources of law, of the legal science of ancient Rome, from the foundation of the civitas to Justinian. Knowledge of basic legal vocabulary.
The measurement of the indicated obiectives will be carried out during the examination.
Prerequisites
Are required the knowledge and culture provided on average by upper secondary schools.

Lectures, seminars, online tutorials.
Additional Information
Attendance in class is recommended.
Assessment Methods
Oral examination. For attending students: it will be proposed two questions: the first will focus on a source commented in class, which will be chosen by the student; the second, chosen by the teacher. For non-attending students: two questions on the recommended book.

The roman costitution and the sources of roman law from the foundation of the civitas to late roman empire.
