For non-attending students: continuation of the textbook used in the French Language Exercises I course: Françoise Bidaud, "La nouvelle grammaire du français pour italophones," Turin, Utet, 2008.
Learning Outcomes
The objectives are those recommended at B2 Level in the Common European Framework.
Prerequisites
Successful passing of the exam “Lingua francese 1”; B1 level from the Framework (Lingue straniere Moderne).
B1 level from the Framework (Lingue Culture Turismo).
A2 level from the Framework (Filologia moderna, antica e comparata)
Teaching Methods
Seminars with audio-visual aids.
Additional Information
The DIR service will provide detailed programs, instructions for the obligatory work, examples of written tests, and exercise sheets.
Assessment Methods
Separate written and oral tests. First written test: grammar test (\30). Only students who have passed the grammar test with at least 18/30 can be admitted the second written test (dictation /10); comprehension and expression /20). The final score of the written test is the average between the two tests. Only students who have obtained an average score of 18/30 can be admitted to the oral test. The oral test is based on the presentation of the obligatory work monitored during the academic year. The additional points associated to the oral test cannot be more than 3.
Detailed Syllabus
Training. Study of morphosyntaxis at level II; Preparation to expression and written- and oral comprehension at level II: Preparation to level II dictation test: Study of idioms;: Coordination of civilization research carried out by each student, as requested for the admission to the oral test.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Level B2 in written and oral comprehension and written and oral expression.
