Studying the updated version of the Civil Code is essential in order to pass the examination.

The aim of the course is to provide students with a knowledge of the most important institutions involved in private law, with a particular emphasis on laws regarding contracts.
Students should be equipped with the necessary tools to develop an autonomous critical method to recognize what laws and norms are applied to the business tourist world.

No pre-requisites

The course consists of contact hours. The contact hours will be conducted traditionally, based on an explanation of the topics that are part of the syllabus. However, class participation will be encouraged so that the topics examined can be discussed more thoroughly and from several viewpoints.

Written exam, sixty minutes for five open-ended questions (six points each) to be answered briefly. The test is sufficient if it reaches 18 out of 30 points.

To achieve the skills and knowledge expected at the end of the course, the student is required to know the basic notions of private law and tourist contracts, as well as the methods of applying them in the business tourist context, so as to reach the end of the course knowing how to examine and understand a practical case in order to find a concrete solution.
