The course aims to provide the essential tools to understand the purpose and dynamics of business crisis law, in order to enable the student to delve deeper into the study of insolvency procedures

Attendance for the course is not mandatory, but highly recommended
Assessment Methods
The exam consists of an oral test. The student will be asked two questions, one more general and one more specific. In case of significant divergence in the evaluation of the answers, the exam may continue with one or more additional questions

Expected Learning Outcomes
