The teaching will follow, in chronological progression , the developments of Ius Commune from the Middle Ages up to 1838, with particular attention to the Italian reality. Any seminars will be communicated at the beginning of the course .

Deeper knowledge of the historical roots of European Law, with special regard to those of the Middle Ages
