Learning Outcomes
The aim of seminar is to involve a group of studentes from advanced classes to addresss issues of medical criminaland civil liability.
Fundamental and innovative, the seminar foresees that students are confronted not on closed cases, that is on files already sentenced, but on concrete open cases. Hence the need for collaboration with the city hospital.
The course also aims to initiate students to the use of one or more legal databases for the retrieval of regulatory sources, jurisprudential and doctrinal materials and to
initiate students in the analysis of concrete legal cases to develop their argumentative skills / initiate students in the production of synthetic texts (judicial pleadings/opinions).
These activities are part of a training course aimed at providing each student with useful skills to develop the ability to interpret and apply the law, required by the world of professions.

Exams: Criminal law and civil law
