At the end of the Integrated Course, the student will be able to:
- Conduct a targeted assessment for models and apparatuses, applying Gordon's methodology for Functional Models, calibrated on the specific case.
- Identify the nursing care needs of the person, tracing each nursing diagnosis to the related correlated factor and identifying the defining specific and existing characteristics.
- Identify the potential or actual collaborative problems of the subject and related signs and symptoms or factors that increase the risk of developing the identified complication.
- Plan the specific assistance interventions envisaged

Knowledge of NANDA taxonomy and Functional Health Models according to Gordon; knowledge of the signs, symptoms and clinical manifestations of the main pathologies addressed

Use of "Case Study" teaching methodology, dedicated to small groups, in order to develop diagnostic skills, i.e. presentation of situations with a degree of increasing complexity, with heterogeneous variables and multiplicity of specific data;
Didactic simulations related to salient clinical-care situations aimed at the development of critical thinking
Objective: formulation of Nursing Diagnoses and Collaborative Problems through the selection and interpretation of the acquired data and consequent planning of relevant interventions.

During the Academic year, "Case Study" will be simulated (see Full program), both with briefing and debriefing in small groups, and through simulation on health simulation mannequins. Development: Presentation of the care situation with data such as: reason for hospitalization, Anamnesis, Pathological Assessment, Remote Pathological Anamnesis, hematochemical exams, pharmacological therapy. Investigation for models and apparatuses according to Gordon's Functional Models conducted by the student with didactic support for the definition of the rationale. Definition of DI and PC and related assistance planning for a total of 14 hours per student.

The exam will be oral: simulation / dissertation of a clinical case to be ascertained: identification of the Nursing Diagnoses and Collaborative Problems, with relative planning.
