The course aims to focus on the different imaging methods with i
related protectionist aspects for both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation
ionizing. It pursues the objective of illustrating the conceptualities of the process
diagnostic.
Below will be given the basic elements of semantics and
organ semeiotics and specific pathology

To provide students with the main notions of radiobiology, radiation protection,
radiodiagnostics, nuclear medicine.
Illustrate the correlation between the clinical picture and the correct use of
diagnostic methods

Students must have adequate training in the fields
anatomy, physics, physiology, molecular basis and
human genetics.

Lectures and theoretical and practical exercises in the ward

The teacher gives the availability, in the reception of the students, to solve the
individual critical issues with targeted tutoring.

Verification with multiple choice tests and subsequent oral exam on
topics covered and on diagnostic procedures

CT and MRI imaging of: neck, chest, heart, mediastinum, abdomen,
urinary system, vascular system

At the end of the course the student must have learned the different ones
diagnostic imaging methods
