The course aims to develop written and oral communication skills in the academic field.

The course programme and the mode of assessment are based on the B2 level of competence of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).

B1/B2 level of competence of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).

Interactive lectures.

Attendance is optional but strongly recommended.

Non-attenders:
Final computer-based exam based on the content of the book (1. Listening, 2. Reading, 3. Vocabulary exercises); a final score of 60% is required to pass the test.

Attendees (80% class attendance):

Oral presentation of a scientific paper using PowerPoint - 20 minutes.

In April 2025:

You will have a selection of scientific articles.
You must choose one article for your oral presentation.
You will have the evaluation criteria for the oral presentation.
