The ICDL Full Standard certification certifies the essential level of IT and web skills required for IT skills, updated to the features introduced by web 2.0 and must be achieved by passing all the 7 modules: Computer Essentials Online Essentials Spreadsheets Word Processing IT-Security Online Collaboration Presentation

Training material: * Self-learning suite by AICA, available at http://www.micertificoecdl.it: an additional support for exam preparation. It contains the teaching material prepared by AICA useful for the preparation and passing of the exams to obtain the European Computer Driving License. It consists of Video lessons, Manuals, Laboratories and Tests. Each module can be activated with a unique code that is delivered to the student for each exam module purchased. * Any textbook, guide o manual validated by AICA complies with Syllabus 5.0; the texts are available on line (https://www.icdl.it/preparati-all-esame)
Learning Outcomes
The student must demonstrate that he has the following skills: COMPUTER ESSENTIALS: acquisition of basic skills and concepts for the use of computers, such as creating and managing files and folders, and certifies knowledge of basic IT concepts on hardware, software, networks and data security. ONLINE ESSENTIALS: acquisition of basic skills and concepts to surf the net safely, search and acquire information, organize and manage e-mail messages and use calendars. ONLINE COLLABORATION: acquisition of fundamental skills and concepts for the use of tools for online production and collaboration, calendars, blogs, video conferences and e-learning environments. WORD PROCESSING: acquisition of skills and concepts necessary to use a word processing program: create, format simple and complex documents such as letters, reports, articles of daily use. SPREADSHEETS: acquisition of skills and concepts necessary to organize and analyze data and for the full use of spreadsheets, including developing standard formulas and functions, creating graphs and tables. PRESENTATION: acquiring skills and concepts necessary to use a presentation management program. It can be applied to a variety of presentation management software including open source. IT-SECURITY: acquisition of skills and concepts to improve and ensure data management in total security, identifying and addressing the threats associated with the use of information technology.

Assessment Methods
The student can acquire credits for the "Computer skills" exam with the presentation of the "ICDL Full Standard" certificate obtained with Syllabus 5.0/6.0. There is an AICA Test Center in both the Novara and Alessandria offices where it is possible to obtain this certification.
