Course Contents
The centrality of minors in the exercise of justice (listening, decoding and
adequate of the minor learning of the necessary skills for an adequate
exercise of the role with regard to
the care of the minor and inside penal processes concerning minors,
starting from
experiences, narrations, and prefiguration of possible planning).

Approaching the student to the exercise of the professional role with

care of the minor and the accompaniments of persons of minor age, in

and degree of the penal process that concerns them.

role in judiciary contexts, with special reference to the centrality of the

Approach to the even conflicting dimension of social work, with particular

Constancy in the presence, participation, and correctness of speech in
interaction and writing a short final paper.
Detailed Syllabus
The accompaniment of minors (and of their families) in the paths of
justice of which
they are the protagonists. The achievement of the interest of the minor
as
fundamental target of the judiciary activity. From international
declarations to
national legislation (hints regarding the care of the minor; the minor’s
penal process:
actors, rite, test). The role of Social Assistant: responsibility, tasks,
promotion of
participation trying the acknowledgement of mythicizing and the
unveiling of
common places.
