Course Contents
The course promotes better understanding the basic notions of the public law.
Reference Texts
The text of the general rules of administrative action. One of the following manuals: - D’Alberti, Lezioni di diritto amministrativo, Giappichelli, ultima edizione. Is excluded parte II, cap. IV "Il personale delle pubbliche amministrazioni", cap. V "I beni pubblici", parte III, cap. X "La responsabilità della PA e dei dipendenti", parte IV, cap. XI "Le disfunzioni"; - Clarich, Manuale di diritto amministrativo, Il Mulino, ultima edizione. Is excluded: parte prima, cap. 1 "Introduzione", cap. II "Le funzioni di regolazione e le fonti del diritto", parte seconda cap. VI "i controlli", cap. VII "La responsabilità", parte terza, cap. IX "I servizi pubblici", cap. X "Il personale", cap. Learning Outcomes
To develop the student's ability to use and understand the juridical-administrative terminology, to interpret normative and administrative acts and argue with autonomy of judgment. Demonstrate to possess adequate knowledge of the principles and institutions of administrative law, to know administrative law and the ability to solve single case law.
Prerequisites
Having passed Istituzioni di diritto pubblico.

Theoretical lessons to illustrate the principles and institutions of administrative law; case law discussion; exercises.

Assessment Methods
The exam is oral or written. There is a written test that will take place at the end of the course. Participation in written test is free. Different methods of verification may be agreed with attending students in consideration of the comparison activity carried out during class hours.
Detailed Syllabus
In particular the course will regard: - the administrative law with reference to the Constitution; - the meaning of Pubblic Administration, her liability and her connection with the citizen; - the public power of Administration and his meaning; - Subjective legal situations, the legitimate interests; - the administrative decision; - the administrative procedure; - the administrative activities of private law.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Demonstrate to possess adequate knowledge of the principles and institutions of administrative law, to know administrative law and the ability to solve single case law.
