Learning Outcomes
To conduct a health needs analysis of a population based on health and social data available to the healthcare personnel.
Build effective response strategies to health needs on the basis of scientific evidence, through consultation of adequate scientific databases.

Basic knowledge in epidemiology and medical statistics
Teaching Methods
The course will consist of lectures, exercises relating to research and critical analysis of relevant documentation and group work for the design of surveys and interventions

Multiple-choice questionnaires, based on scenario analysis or activity science reports. Approximately, there are 8 questions for each credit, which may however vary with the variation of their complexity.
