Course Contents
The course is divided into two parts: Trade union law and the subordinate employment relationship. Trade union law: collective bargaining of the Sub-fund and integrative; The national and corporate union representatives; strike; Labor law (or subordinate employment relationship): The placement of the personnel of the "levels"; atypical contracts in the health sector; the classification of the personnel; the performance of the employment relationship; working time; withdrawal (resignation and dismissal) .

Learning Outcomes
The module has the objective of allowing the learning of fundamental principles in the field of trade union law and employment in the private and public employment of the Health sector.
Prerequisites
The student must be in possession of general notions concerning the Italian legal system and the system of sources.
An initial skills audit is planned to standardise basic knowledge
Teaching Methods
A copy of the sector collective agreement and the most significant judicial decisions concerning the employment relationship and the responsibilities of doctors and nurses are made available to students.

Assessment Methods
The exam consists of a written test divided into multiple choice questions on the program carried out by trade union law and employment relationship.

Trade Union Law: The Sources. Subjects. The Collective Contract.
 The strike in essential public services.
 Labor law: subordination.
 The project work contract.
 The establishment of the relationship.
 The performance of the relationship: tasks and qualifications; the ius variandi.
 The termination of the relationship: the layoffs.
 Flexible working relationships: the fixed-term contract; part-time.
Expected Learning Outcomes
At the end of the 24 hours course, students will be able to correctly identify the source of discipline of the various institutions (law or collective bargaining) and determine their correct application. They will have a specific competence regarding the areas of competence of collective bargaining
