Provide the essential elements for clinical reasoning and all the instruments for compiling the rehabilitation record in the neurological, orthopedic, cardiological, respiratory and pediatric fields in the acute and chronic phase.

Patients’ evaluation expertise in the main rehabilitation fields.

Taught classes and teamwork.

Individual evaluation of the papers composed in the various rehabilitation areas.

Introduction to clinical reasoning:
Clinical cases analysis of pathologies evaluated during internship.
Identification of the elements that represent the customized clinical path.
Problem analysis related to patient’s diagnosis, comorbidity and expectations.
Identification of the overriding problems, short, medium and long-term goals and consequent treatment proposals.
Compilation of the rehabilitation record in the various fields, compilation of the clinical cases reports and final report in perspective of the future professional career.

The student will have to be able to independently develop clinical reasoning applied to different pathologies of rehabilitation interest, suggest a suitable treatment for the clinical case and draft rehabilitation records, instructions and reports.
