Guide to completing the rehabilitation training record, including all its contentsand a guide to acquiring clinical reasoning

Learning Outcomes
Provide the necessary elements for clinical reasoning and the tools for compiling rehabilitation records in the following areas: neurology, orthopedics, cardiology, respiratory, and pediatrics in the acute and chronic phase.

Prerequisites
Patient assessment skills in the main rehabilitation areas.

Teaching Methods
Lectures and group work. Interactive activities will be included during plenary discussions using Audience Response System-based applications (SliDo, Wooclap).

Assessment Methods
Individual evaluation of the works produced in the various rehabilitation areas.

Detailed Syllabus
Introduction to clinical reasoning, analysis of clinical cases of pathologies assessed during the internship. Identification of elements that constitute the personalized clinical pathway. Analysis of problems in relation to diagnosis, comorbidities, and patient expectations. Identification of priority problems, short-, medium-, and long-term goals, and subsequent treatment proposals. Compilation of the rehabilitation record in various areas, compilation of clinical case reports

Expected Learning Outcomes
The student must be able to independently develop clinical reasoning applied to various pathologies of interest to rehabilitation, propose appropriate treatment for the clinical case, and compile rehabilitation records, assignments, and reports.
